  • Comply with uniform and grooming policies

Position Title Hourly Crew Member

Department Operations

Reports to General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor

Customer Service Duties

  • Keep a clean and organized service area
  • Assist customers with their orders and dining experience
  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale system
  • Efficiently handle payment transactions
  • Answer calls and take orders
  • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness
  • Ensure product quality and portion sizes

Food Preparation and Kitchen Duties

  • Adhere to preparation and closing checklists
  • Prepare food according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean workstation
  • Properly close the kitchen at the end of the shift
  • Engage in staff meetings and provide suggestions for enhancements
  • Report equipment and product issues to management

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Minimum age requirement of 16

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or retail is advantageous

Physical Requirements
