We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Associate to join our team at Brooks Brothers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our culture, values, and mission by providing exceptional customer service and creating an amazing shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage and connect with customers to create a personalized shopping experience, building relationships and brand loyalty through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our selling strategy, sharing product knowledge with customers, and inspiring them with your passion for fashion.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, maintaining a clean, neat, and tidy store environment, and completing assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets and filling the floor.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and professional work environment, modeling our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Requirements:
- Availability: Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
