Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in a luxury sales environment. You will be required to effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time).

Average annual salary: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • No travel required outside of the home site's area
  • Must have full availability to work weekends and holidays
