Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with families and children from birth to 3 years old with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. Your primary focus will be to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's development and participation in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, including screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits.
  • Participate in trans-disciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services and coordination of care.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
