Key Responsibilities- Conduct In-Depth Inspections: Perform comprehensive inspections of plumbing systems, including under and around homes, to identify potential issues and areas of concern.
- Provide Expert Recommendations: Offer detailed reviews of inspection findings and provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance to clients.
- Perform Light Repairs: Conduct light plumbing repairs and assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and installations as needed.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Complete detailed written reports of inspections for each visited customer.
- Ensure Safety Protocols: Adhere to and enforce safety practices and procedures, reporting any violations to the Plumbing Manager.
- Manage Inventory: Maintain adequate vehicle parts and equipment inventory to complete all assigned work.
- Participate in Department Meetings: Attend scheduled department meetings to stay informed and contribute to team discussions.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to identify potential issues and provide accurate recommendations.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
