Key Responsibilities- Design and develop solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, and studying system capabilities.
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- Provide reporting and transparency on IT KPIs, service, and quality levels.
- Collaborate with IT teams to test new strategies and come up with actionable recommendations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools in the finance and/or IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent active listening skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate technical skills, including Siebel CRM, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Python.
