Qualifications:
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the maintenance and installation of plumbing systems and apparatus preferred.
  • Possession of a Journeyman or Master's License as mandated by local regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of plumbing systems and their repair and installation processes.
  • Proficient in utilizing a variety of hand and power tools pertinent to plumbing tasks.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with other trades and professionals.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Additional qualifications may be considered as per the discretion of the School Board.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to identify and rectify potential issues.
  • Execute plumbing repairs and installations with exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Procure necessary materials to ensure safe and efficient plumbing work.
  • Assess and report on materials required for repairs and installations to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness during and after the completion of tasks.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are kept in optimal working condition.
  • Work in conjunction with supervisors to evaluate plumbing system requirements.
  • Fulfill assigned responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
