Customer Interaction: You will engage with local homeowners in a friendly and informative manner, articulating the advantages of our pest control services, addressing inquiries, and customizing your approach to meet the unique needs of each potential client.
Sales Targets: Monthly and quarterly sales objectives will be established by the management team, with close collaboration from your supervisor to help you achieve or surpass your sales goals.
Additional Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an outside or door-to-door setting. Experience in HVAC, solar, internet, cable, independent route management, or face-to-face customer service is highly encouraged.
