Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to join our team at Jobot. This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in behavioral health and finance, providing a crucial service to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of behavioral health technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including finance experts, healthcare providers, and social workers, to ensure the delivery of quality services.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health role, preferably in a supervisory position.
  • A degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with the financial industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
  • A current, valid license as a Behavioral Health Technician or equivalent.
