About this Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and expansion of our recurring revenue streams in the Carrier Service segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a sales team focused on national growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to expand our North America sales effort and drive business growth.
  • Lead a regional team and interface with Carrier Service, Equipment, and Strategic Accounts to ensure market penetration and accelerate growth.
  • Focus on timely orders forecasting, employee engagement, and process improvement.
  • Lead the team to prospect, propose, and sell standard and custom rental solutions.
  • Drive efficiency and sales excellence.
  • Manage and set direction for the sales team and other support functions.
  • Drive business growth and expansion into geographic and targeted vertical markets.
  • Support the execution of sales objectives to achieve KPIs, including sales reporting, analytics, pipeline management, and bid preparation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic end users and influencers.
  • Provide industry and technology expertise to build support from stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' sales experience in the technologies industry.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 70% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in Service and Aftermarket industries in industrial sales.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, including industry trends.
  • Proven track record of coaching sales teams to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from various sources.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Working experience and advanced skills with CRM, preferably SalesForce.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities.
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
