Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Danbury, CT. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
  • Generate new business revenue monthly and work to achieve individual and team goals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Our benefits package includes high-quality voluntary health, vision, and dental insurance programs, as well as paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its complexities.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Have a strong network of contacts in the real estate and mortgage industry.
