Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at Community Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit
  • Develop and maintain a patient-centered care plan, incorporating evidence-based practices and individualized patient needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care
Requirements
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • One year of acute care experience, with a preference for three years or more
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider certification
  • BSN degree preferred
