Job Summary:
Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Professional, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. This is a travel position, and you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Operate medical imaging equipment, such as CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging quality and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging
- Current certification in ACLS and BLS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations
