Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in St. James, NY. As a LPN Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work evening shifts, 3pm-11pm. The ideal candidate will have a valid NY State LPN license and be in good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Good standing with the State Registry.
