About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Claims Representative to support our esteemed partner in the medical billing sector. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service in claims processing and insurance verification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of claims, including thorough review, timely submission, and effective follow-up with insurance providers.
  • Ensure accurate posting and balancing of payments received through various channels, including electronic transfers, mail, and credit card transactions.
  • Handle incoming calls, address outstanding balances, respond to payer inquiries, investigate claim denials, and confirm insurance eligibility.

Position Details:
  • Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $16 to $18.
