Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Dietitian I to join our team at Texas Health Rockwall. As a Dietitian I, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to assigned patient populations.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to provide medical nutrition therapy to assigned patient populations.
  • Promote teamwork and support organizational goals by demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments.
  • Effectively communicate and work with peers to ensure essential shifts are covered.
  • Promote safe and effective care through effective communication and workflow practices.
  • Maintain competence through ongoing self-evaluation and study.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or related area required.
  • 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience in both adult and NICU population preferred.
  • RD - Registered Dietitian 6 months required.
  • LD - Licensed Dietitian 6 months required.
