About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Hillside Family of Agencies. As a Clinician I or II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to our youth and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and deliver individualized mental health care to youth and families
  • Develop, evaluate, and modify individual service plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Provide individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, based on client needs and clinician credentials
  • Act as the primary contact for the service plan, communicating effectively with clients, families, and treatment teams
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a clinically related field
  • Licensed eligible and have a limited permit upon hire if applicable based on clinical degree
  • Thorough knowledge of services provided, well-developed advocacy skills, and knowledge of payment processes for services
  • Valid driver's license and meet agency driving standards
  • Experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy preferred
