Job Overview

Aptive Environmental is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for resolving customer pest concerns and issues, maintaining truck and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
  • Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided
  • Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
  • Serve as subject matter expert for customers, implementing efficient pest solutions
  • Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards
  • Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed
  • Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage

Requirements:

  • Valid US driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year
  • Pass a drug test and background check
