Program Facilitator

Elevo Learning is seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will play a vital role in delivering our comprehensive programs that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being for students in grades K-8.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on our curriculum.
- Engage students in sports, games, and other activities that develop essential life skills.
- Support kids' behavioral management needs and provide a positive role model to build kids' self-esteem and emotional wellness.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement outdoor lessons that increase excitement about learning.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences.
- Ability to confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
- Approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids.
