Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to lift and transport bulk materials.
  • Maintain equipment according to policies, procedures, and operator manuals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Verify storage bin levels and fill hoppers to ensure adequate quantity and quality of raw materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning, to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Collaborate with plant manager, batch person, and other personnel to resolve problems and improve performance.
  • Adhere to all company and OSHA rules and regulations, and wear proper safety equipment at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in various climates and environments.
