We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Piedmont Airlines, Inc. This role is responsible for maintaining and scheduling manpower, workloads, parts, tools, and supplies for the day-to-day operation of our maintenance department.

About the Role

This position will supervise maintenance staff in repair, inspection, alteration, and modification of aircraft. The successful candidate will hold a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant License and have one year of experience as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance staff in repair, inspection, alteration, and modification on the aircraft.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment while operating within company, FAA, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
  • Develop procedures to increase efficiency and reduce overall costs.
Requirements
  • Possess FAA Airframe and Powerplant Licenses.
  • One (1) year of experience as an Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic.
  • Ability to evaluate, praise, and provide accountability to team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
