About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Lead at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of resort facilities, including offices, clubhouses, public areas, and models.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with special events and functions, ensuring that facilities are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Estimated Compensation:
