Discover everything you need for a perfect getaway, including dozens of soaking pools, unique wellness activities and offerings, spa treatments to complement your health restoration, and fresh and intentional dining options.RequirementsPosition Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Massage Therapist to join Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, where your main focus will be delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your role involves ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, while upholding our company's core values and commitment to promoting enhanced vitality for all. Core Responsibilities:Greet guests/residents at the Spa Front Desk or in the Relaxation Room with warmth and professionalism. Escort guests to their treatment room and articulately describe the service.Resolve any guest issues or concerns promptly and in accordance with established standards. Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism in interactions with guests, colleagues, and management. Keep work areas clean and maintain a professional appearance at all times.Engage in ongoing learning to enhance product knowledge and service delivery. Stay updated on hotel services, products and procedures. Prioritize safety by working in a secure manner and contributing to a safe environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Job QualificationsSix months to one year of relevant spa experience required.Current CAMTC Certification. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and ability to exercise independent judgmentDemonstrated experience in customer service and problem-solving.Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied schedules as dictated by business needs, including weekends and holidays. Ability to maintain confidentiality with both staff and guest information. Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods.Capability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch as needed.Lift objects weighing up to fifty pounds using proper lifting techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Direct evacuations in an emergency.Proficiency in tasks requiring dexterity, including administering first aid and operating office equipment.Pay Range - $16 an hour commission
