About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Support Staff Member. The successful candidate will maintain the kitchen and dish room area in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.

This role will involve providing a high level of customer service and promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere. The candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain kitchen and dish room area in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
  2. Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
  3. Perform various tasks related to food preparation, serving, and presentation.
  4. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dish room areas.
  6. Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures.
