Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage all liquor, beer, and wine deliveries from the storeroom.
  • Restock the bar throughout the shift as required to ensure smooth service.
  • Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms for bar service.
  • Organize and set up the bar area, ensuring that premium liquors are displayed appropriately.
  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of beer taps.
  • Keep bar snacks and supplies stocked during shifts.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned.

  • Prepare and serve beverages to assist bartenders as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support bar operations.
