Overview:
The organization is in search of a temporary Senior Program Manager to spearhead the rollout of an enterprise electronic health record system across all facilities managed by the organization.

The ideal candidate should be a results-driven professional with a robust work ethic and must exhibit exceptional IT Project Leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

This role will involve collaboration with senior business executives, IT teams, and business program resources to fulfill project specifications and manage stakeholder expectations.

The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with the team and the chosen vendor to finalize the system implementation. This role will oversee the daily operations of the project.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating all project management documentation in accordance with the practices and guidelines from PMI's PMBOK
Formulating the comprehensive project budget and tracking expenses
Developing and maintaining all necessary project documentation for the client
Acting as an IT management liaison to the business client
Leading and conducting thorough analyses of the business and technical environments
Overseeing implementation activities
Ensuring that project plans and timelines are established and adhered to
Guaranteeing that deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Supervising personnel (State and contractual staff)
Conducting formal presentations
Coordinating with all project stakeholders and ensuring that appropriate project controls are in place

Skill - Required / Desired - Years of Experience

Project Leadership experience, preferably with large, complex automation deployment initiatives - Required - - Years
Experience managing projects that implement large multi-client n-tier client/server systems - Required - - Years
Proven history of delivering IT initiatives within budget, scope, and timeline. - Required - - Years
Extensive experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) - Required - - Years
Demonstrated knowledge of technical architecture/infrastructure and experience with various hardware systems and operating environments - Required - - Years
Proven presentation and training abilities. - Required - - Years
Strong oral and written communication skills. - Required - - Years
Objective decision-making capability based on strategic goals prioritization, business performance evaluation, and resource allocation. - Required - - Years

Note:


This position is primarily remote; however, the Senior Program Manager is expected to travel to various sites occasionally to meet with vendors and/or facilities.
