Site Manager Opportunity at Tekton Research

Tekton Research is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our clinical research site in San Antonio, TX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving site performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and leading Endocrinology trial studies. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research site network management and CRC experience, with a proven track record of leadership and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations to optimize performance and achieve company goals
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and contractual obligations are met
  • Lead Endocrinology trial studies and drive site performance
  • Collaborate with sponsors and participants to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of clinical research site network management and CRC experience
  • Endocrinology experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Regulatory compliance and human resources experience preferred
  • Ability to travel between site locations
  • College or specialized degree preferred
