Job Summary:

The Residential Housing Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

  • Monitor clients and guests to prevent conflicts or incidents.
  • Prepare written reports for all incidents using logs and incident report forms.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor client medication and supervise social activities.
  2. Perform thorough rounds throughout each assigned shift.
  3. Investigate and report any incidents or suspicious activity.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
