Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality individual instruction to entrepreneurs and business owners
  • Analyze business situations, make recommendations, and educate clients on business plans, market feasibility, and financial viability
  • Develop and deliver business training programs that meet the needs of the local business community
  • Market business training programs to assigned communities and secure qualified instructors as needed
  • Apply business knowledge through development and delivery of new training programs, consulting tools, and research projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; master's degree preferred
  • Good working knowledge of all business functions, including financial analysis, business research, marketing, and accounting
  • Knowledge of the area economic development community and prior banking or accounting background a plus
