  • Address product-specific and plant-specific environmental concerns while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, directives, and work agreements.
  • Lead and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of body shop systems utilizing advanced automated and robotic equipment.
  • Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and their application in a modern workplace.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a diverse, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
