Job Title: System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system efficiency, and enhancing network security in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and execute necessary maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools to ensure reliable connectivity and data integrity.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, backup protocols, and access controls.
  • Support the setup of new users, including configuration of hardware and software access.
  • Document system performance, including incident logs and system updates, for future reference and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless technology integration and support organizational IT needs.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in system administration.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a track record of managing and optimizing IT infrastructures.
  • In-depth knowledge of system hardware, software, and networks, including familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or UNIX.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve system issues.
  • Proficient level of English to effectively communicate technical information across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to new cultural and professional environments, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and IT advancements.
