- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and innovations in emergency nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- PALS or ENPC certification.
