Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the duties and responsibilities for the position of a Certified Nursing Aide at YesCare:

  • Part-Time Evening Shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM; every other weekend required.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, height, weight, and perform blood draws as necessary.
  • Assist with PPDs and EKGs procedures.
  • Document and oversee patient intake and output.
  • Support various patient treatments including dressing changes, ulcer care, and tracheostomy management.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments.
  • Adhere to YesCare and facility safety protocols and actively engage in emergency preparedness drills. Follow security protocols for keys, sharps, and controlled substances.
