Job Description:
The Role

As the Senior Manager, Product & Platform Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the CRG Group has the product and technology understanding to execute on the goals set forth by the business.

Your primary focus will be to partner with the Product & Practice Consulting, Product Management team, and Technology and Platform consulting teams to build training curriculums for our CRG associates.

Your ability to be proactive and anticipate business needs, successfully build productive relationships, communicate effectively, project management skills, and execution are all critical elements to be successful in the role.

We seek someone who has passion and thrives in developing and delivering impactful and innovative learning solutions that will drive sales and increase associate skill sets.

This individual will be a strong, self-directed leader who can support comprehensive projects that impact the CRG organization. Additionally, this role will be responsible for reinforcement training of existing knowledge and skills.

Alignment with business unit goals, an eye towards building scalable solutions, and a laser focus on measurement are all critical components for this role.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 2-5 years of financial services experience
  • Track record of success managing competing projects and initiatives and prioritizing resources and time effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively, influence, and navigate complex organizations
  • Ability to work autonomously and project manage
  • Strong presentation skills as well as solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within tight time constraints
  • True team player, always pitching in to drive success across the organization
  • Extremely resourceful, organized, and able to prioritize multiple priorities
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days

The Team

The Sales/RM Learning and Engagement team is instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity Institutional Client Relationship Group has the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business.

Our primary focus is supporting the organization from a sales training perspective.

Our ability to anticipate business needs and build scalable solutions to enable our sales and relationship management teams is what sets our team apart.
