About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative at our Orlando office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Perform various office tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, escalating issues to relevant personnel when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and accurately.
  • Utilize SAP to create and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize service center operations.
  • Create and track purchase orders within the corporate system.
  • Update work orders upon completion, forward them for invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete customer setup forms efficiently.
  • Ensure regulatory documentation for environmental waste transportation remains compliant during inspections.
  • Prepare necessary fuel and trip permits.
  • Process customer payments, verify customer information, and communicate with field personnel using SAP.
  • Monitor and respond to internal and external email communications, acting accordingly and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with front desk phone coverage as needed.
  • Provide vacation shift coverage for other Customer Service Representatives, adjusting work hours if required.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of company information at all times.

 

Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the environmental services industry.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

 

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $75,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
