Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, prescribe medications and therapies, and provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program and a minimum of 1 year post-training experience.
- CA license in good standing and DEA Schedule II Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
