Position Overview: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a committed Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide outstanding care to our patients. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for others.

Primary Duties:

  • Administer essential patient care and treatments
  • Focus on the needs of patients reliant on Trach and G-Tube support
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to ensure accurate medication delivery
  • Prepare and manage medical instruments and equipment
  • Educate patients about their medical treatments and provide updates

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience with Trach and G-Tube patients is preferred
  • Background in nursing or a related healthcare field
  • Knowledge of medical tools and equipment; training can be provided if necessary
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with patients
  • Exhibit compassion and empathy in all patient interactions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
