Job Title: Licensed Psychiatric Technician

About the Role:

As a Licensed Psychiatric Technician at Universal Health Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with psychiatric and personality disorders. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will perform a range of tasks to support the nursing team and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and record vital signs accurately
* Observe and document changes in patient behavior and appearance
* Communicate effectively with the Charge Nurse and other healthcare professionals
* Report signs and symptoms of infection to the Charge Nurse

Requirements:

* Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing or vocational training as a psychiatric technician
* Minimum one year LVN experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
* Licensed to practice vocational nursing from the State Board of Nursing or Psychiatric Technicians
