Compensation: $11.00 per hour

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for welcoming patrons to the automated car wash facility. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and a relaxed work atmosphere.

The car wash operates daily from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers courteously.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the facility, both inside and outside, as well as the car wash area when necessary.
  • Maintain the overall tidiness of the property.
  • Connect and manage new wash chemical solutions.
  • Pressure wash the car wash bay to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Empty vacuum canisters and dispose of trash from units.
  • Complete all assigned tasks for each shift.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot any issues with the system kiosks or equipment.
  • Direct vehicles into the car wash using clear hand signals.
  • Report any car wash operational issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English at a middle school level, both spoken and written.
  • Basic math skills at a middle school level.
  • Strong customer service abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
  • Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues.
  • Dependable transportation is necessary.
  • Consistent attendance is expected.
