- Short-term recovery
- Senior rehabilitation
- Long-term care
- Physical therapy

Qualifications for LPN Nursing Unit Supervisor:
- Expertise in managing complex medical conditions and geriatric care.
- Prior experience in Long Term Care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training initiatives to improve nursing staff skills and competencies.
- Perform regular audits and evaluations of nursing practices, documentation, and patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to formulate comprehensive care plans for residents.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, including performance assessments and coaching.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, including patient evaluations, care planning, and staff assignments.
