Role Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Case Manager Specialist to support our clients in a shelter setting. This role involves managing a caseload of 20-25 clients, helping them transition into and maintain permanent housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on-site with clients who live in the shelter, focusing on 4-5 clients per day.
  • Perform daily wellness and room checks, providing coaching and support.
  • De-escalate incidents and facilitate group activities.
  • Assist with housing unit viewings when clients are close to being housed.
  • Conduct weekly case management meetings and ensure client files are up-to-date and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience working with the homeless population (less than a year of experience considered).
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Compassion and a commitment to client confidentiality.
Compensation

$21-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
