We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including counseling on new therapy and as requested by patients or required by practice or state regulations.
- Develop and implement plans to improve team knowledge and focus on patient safety and risk reduction.
- Monitor and evaluate the facility to identify and address problems with inventory flow.
- Manage and leverage talent to maximize organizational performance.
- Ensure assets, liabilities, revenues, and operating expenses are accounted for and reported.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $112,000.00-$197,000.00, as well as additional compensation for certain positions, including annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure.
