Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient physical, spiritual, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans under medical direction
  • Provide preventative and therapeutic treatment to promote patient comfort and well-being
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Associate's degree in nursing or higher
  • Strong skills in symptom management and oncology care
  • Experience working with patients with co-morbidities and end-of-life care
  • EMR software proficiency (EPIC)
