Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient physical, spiritual, and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans under medical direction
- Provide preventative and therapeutic treatment to promote patient comfort and well-being
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- Strong skills in symptom management and oncology care
- Experience working with patients with co-morbidities and end-of-life care
- EMR software proficiency (EPIC)
