About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to meet the expectations of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock prep and line stations to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure compliance with safe food-handling practices.
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes and specifications while maintaining portion control systems.
  • Assist other cooks and kitchen staff during peak business periods as needed.
Requirements
  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
  • Culinary experience preferred.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds safely.
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
