Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at the Romanoff Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install duct work distribution systems and residential heating and air conditioning equipment to company standards
  • Perform system startup and diagnostics for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc.
  • Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken, and recommended solutions
  • Interface with customers and clients to ensure satisfaction with installation and service
  • Make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency and follow all company safety guidelines
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Pre-wire and brazing experience required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to adhere to company screenings
  • New construction experience and EPA certification a plus
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and stairways, and work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
