Job Summary

CORG Management Group is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning of building equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to create a comfortable environment.
  • Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Learn basics of equipment management controls to start, stop, seek status, or change conditions on HVAC systems.
  • Make rounds of all equipment rooms to identify and repair any potential problems and keep the systems and rooms clean.
  • Complete and close out Work Orders in the CMMS and enter time worked and materials used.
  • Respond to fire alarm systems and be familiar with fire panels.
  • Must have a valid South Carolina driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
  • Must be able to work from a ladder.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have 0-2 years direct experience in HVAC and boiler operation and maintenance.
  • Must have basic knowledge of computer operation for use on our energy management systems.
  • Must understand different types of air distribution systems such as VAV, Double duct, etc.
