We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Structural/Marine Group in Richmond, VA as a Building Structural Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, including buildings, industrial facilities, water/wastewater plants, and waterfront facilities.

As a Building Structural Intern, you will receive training in structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials. You will also be trained in developing concept designs and creating construction documents for clients across a broad range of markets.

**Requirements:**

  • Current enrollment in an ABET accredited Civil Engineering bachelor or master program preferably with Structural Concentration.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with structural design and analysis software (RISA, STAAD, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD) a plus.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
