Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality resident care in alignment with established nursing standards and the individualized care plan.
  • Implement care strategies developed by the Nurse Manager.
  • Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting any changes as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with provided directives.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state.
