Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Redding, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art facility. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Prepare patients for computed tomography scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during scans and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Current certification in computed tomography (CT) technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
