Internship Details: This is a paid internship opportunity. The role is based at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Field Engineers, Project Managers, and Supervisors in various tasks.
  • Participate in project meetings with team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct safety and quality inspections.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications.
  • Manage documentation including submittals and reports.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in drafting correspondence, meeting notes, contracts, and other essential documents.
  • Help with cost estimation and procurement of subcontractor services.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with data entry tasks.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism while representing the company.
  • Deliver a presentation to the management team at the conclusion of your internship, summarizing your experiences.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Travel to job sites may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or renewable energy.
  • A strong interest in a career within the construction sector, particularly in renewable energy.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for full-time work during the internship and willingness to travel to job sites.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • A valid driver's license and state minimum auto insurance are required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
